Yorktown Heights is located 45 Miles north of Manhattan. Much like many other northern Westchester towns, Yorktown is hilly and wooded. Yorktown Heights hamlets include: Shrub Oak, Mohegan Lake and Jefferson Valley. Yorktown Heights does not have a train station making the commute to Manhattan not as ideal as many other cities and towns within Westchester County.
